Approaches to organization and methodology of elaboration of medium run plans of social- economic development in Uzbekistan

The research aims to identify the main stages for elaborating the first medium run indicative plan of socio-economic development and, based upon the methodology of financial programming, introduce the first indicative plan for the period of 2003-2008 as well as to develop the set of measures for reaching targets of socio economic development outlined in the research up to the year 2008.
