We have to note that 2007 saw completion of both the first cycle of implementation of the “new economic policy” (Economic Growth and Poverty Reduction Strategy for 2004-2006 and the Moldova-EU Action Plan for 2005-2007) and preparation and approval of the National Development Strategy for 2008-2011.
