Roads out of poverty? assessing the links between aid, public investment, growth, and poverty reduction

The authors develop a macroeconomic framework that captures links between aid, public investment, growth, and poverty. Public investment is disaggregated into education, infrastructure, and health, and affects both aggregate supply and demand.
