The Government of Azerbaijan developed a comprehensive, and participatory plan for reducing poverty, as reflected in this Interim Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (I-PRSP), which provides an analysis of poverty, proposes policies to reduce it, and, outlines the existing, and future consultation process.
