Prikaspiisky pipeline: temporary delay or fundamental problem?

This article is an analysis about Prikaspiisky natural gas pipeline and special deals agreed between Russia and Turkmenistan. The author believes that once papers were signed, the Turkmen side is having second thoughts about the deal perhaps out of concern that Ashgabat won’t get its fair share of the profits.
