Kazakhstan Places Accent on Economic Cooperation with Turkey
The paper deals with a shift of relations between Ankara and Astana, since the countries joined the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline project. It is assumed that Astana is diverting from common Turkic cultural ties towards energy cooperation.
