HIPC In Kyrgyzstan is Doomed To Fail
This paper deals with Kyrgyz government’s resigning of the World Bank’s and the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) Heavily Indebted Poor Countries (HIPC) initiative in December 2006. The author believes that the initiative is likely to fail in Kyrgyzstan.
