Evaluating the costs of social benefits in Kyrgyzstan.

This work estimates the costs of such social benefits as: taxing, social security, health, transportation, communication and others. A content of benefit, which defines its legal texts, a source of financing and total cost of benefits for the budget are presented for each category of citizens in the paper.
