Problems and Perspectives of Small and Medium Enterprises Development in Belarus

This article briefly reviews the main quantitative and qualitative characteristics of SME development in Belarus. The author focuses on the obstacles of SME development as well as on the main internal and external factors of SME national competitiveness’ increase.
