Review of Regulatory Governance in South East Europe
This report of the Regulatory Governance Initiative under the South East Europe Compact for Reform, Investment, Integrity and Growth (“Investment Compact”) of the Stability Pact is based on the OECD Questionnaire on Regulatory Governance, which has been completed by governments in South East Europe (SEE) on a self-assessment basis. The report aims at informing policy-makers, donors, investors and the international community of progress in regulatory reform in SEE.
