Human Resources Development in BiH

Research for the study Human Resources Development in Bosnia and Herzegovina is ongoing, supported by the Policy Development Fellowship Programme – Open Society Fund Bosnia and Herzegovina. The main purpose of this research is to recommend modalities of human resources development as an effective means for achieving a comprehensive socio-economic development of BIH society. The research will determine current conditions in the area of education and labour market, and it will look at the initiatives and programs related to human resources development in BIH. The policy paper will provide a number of recommendations for an effective human resources development. It will be available in spring 2008.
