IDIS Viitorul—Latvian experts invited to share experience
IDIS Viitorul invited Latvian experts to conduct two trainings on 11-13 and 19-20 April, 2008. The trainings were aimed to create a platform for experience exchange between the Baltic States and Moldova and to inform the participants on the practicalities of the Baltic 'success' in approaching European integration. The team of Latvian experts included Mr Andris Spruds, Renars Danielson, and other outstanding policy thinkers from academia and think tank environment. The following topics were discussed in the trainings: how to meet commitments, negotiation skills, resources from EU, energy security, and foreign policy that wins. The training was open to think tanks, students, politicians, mass media of the pro-EU Moldovan society.
